This is a new year 2012, new challenges and goals.
My first goal I set was to get back into the gym after 3 months not in a gym.
I joined Planet Fitness here in White Plains, New York.
With my schedule I need some form of exercise regimen in my weekly life.
Monday was a day off for me so I got up and when to the gym in the afternoon.
I did the treadmill and arm lifts and hip exercises.
I felt good during and after I had energy once I left the gym.
Tuesday no gym.
Wednesday morning in White Plains it was cold, but I made myself go to the gym, I did the 30 min circuit workout. What a challenge to my body I did well.
