First Week of Working Out in 2012

I tried the 30 minutes workout at Planet Fitness I almost thought I was crazy.
But I did it and felt good after I left, went to work and the muscles were hurting in a good way.
Did the treadmill for 15 minutes at a high incline at a good speed today 1/6 was not bad.
I tried the abs crunches machine boy my tummy was like what is this machine doing to me, but I continued for a 3 songs lengths by my Pandora music.
Did triceps and biceps workout too.
My main goal is keep my booty tight, and tone up my abs and work on legs and upper arms.
By the summer I will feel and look different for sure, now I need to work into eating the proper foods and intake of liquids.
