I am a dress size now, I went from a size 16 to 12 /14. I have energy now, my posture is getting better. I am learning to eat healthy foods I hope to get down one more size by November.

It is almost the end of July 2012 I have focusing on my legs and my stomach to get them toned. I have increased my time on the treadmill , the incline speed and I do have to say I feel great. Exercise is great for the body and the mind. Water intake is great for the body, natural cleanser of all toxins.

7/13/2012 I woke up today at 6:15 put on the gym clothes arrived at the gym at 6:55. I was on the treadmill did 1.56 miles and 181 calories were burned in 35 minutes. The stationary bike was next I did 5.4 miles in 15 minutes. Arm presses were a total of 30. I feel so refreshed and ready to face the day.

I am still going to the gym to workout. I still like the treadmill, I have increased my speed on the treadmill since doing that I am happy with the results. I have rode the stationary bike for thirty minutes at a time burning calories. My legs are much stronger now and I have more energy now then before. I have lost 6 pounds and my muscle mass has changed for the better. I need to workout for two reasons 1. To lower my stress level 2. I sit all day at work and my body gets no proper movement during the day at work. I am a full time student , work full time but I make sure the exercise is done. When I make it to the gym I feel much better, and most days I have energy. I am working on eating more healthy foods and making sure to drink my water. I want to lost 15 pounds and maintain my weight.

Third Semester in Mercy

Morning, I do not get proper rest at night. My job hours are weird 12:30 pm to 9 p.m. I am in my third semester in Mercy College I am having diffculty with all the work but I get it done. I do make time for the gym My Quiet Time to myself. I have a ton of support from past professors, new professors and of course my Family and Friends and A great Group called The Rubber Room. Next year I will be graduating with a Master's Degree. You could not tell me that I wanted to pursue this Degree in 2010 when I finished my BA in Business Administration. Here I am doing it. The first semester was pretty easy the second semester was a little harder but I came out with two A's. Tarsha

My Busy Life

It is the middle of March now. I am in my third semester of college I did well the first semester A-, B+, second semester two A's. I am also making time to workout I have lost five pounds so far. I am working 40 hours a week. I am a busy person who loves my life my true friends and my family of course. I am so proud of my nephew he did well last term also. My goal is to graduate in 2013.

1/13/2012

I am glad I am working out it calms my nerves and makes me feel great. It was a great investment into myself to joined a gym this year. With my crazy life I am going to make sure I make time to workout my body. School is going good so far this semester,two great professors and great class mates. I am going to make sure to keep up my A average in class. I am working on myself to have a better attitude, pray for the ones who have major issues in their lives, and hope one day between now and 2013 to have a real job that I truly love to do.

First Week of Working Out in 2012

1/6/2012 I tried the 30 minutes workout at Planet Fitness I almost thought I was crazy. But I did it and felt good after I left, went to work and the muscles were hurting in a good way. Did the treadmill for 15 minutes at a high incline at a good speed today 1/6 was not bad. I tried the abs crunches machine boy my tummy was like what is this machine doing to me, but I continued for a 3 songs lengths by my Pandora music. Did triceps and biceps workout too. My main goal is keep my booty tight, and tone up my abs and work on legs and upper arms. By the summer I will feel and look different for sure, now I need to work into eating the proper foods and intake of liquids.

Jan 2012

This is a new year 2012, new challenges and goals. My first goal I set was to get back into the gym after 3 months not in a gym. I joined Planet Fitness here in White Plains, New York. With my schedule I need some form of exercise regimen in my weekly life. Monday was a day off for me so I got up and when to the gym in the afternoon. I did the treadmill and arm lifts and hip exercises. I felt good during and after I had energy once I left the gym. Tuesday no gym. Wednesday morning in White Plains it was cold, but I made myself go to the gym, I did the 30 min circuit workout. What a challenge to my body I did well.
