I woke up today at 6:15 put on the gym clothes arrived at the gym at 6:55.
I was on the treadmill did 1.56 miles and 181 calories were burned in 35 minutes.
The stationary bike was next I did 5.4 miles in 15 minutes.
Arm presses were a total of 30.
I feel so refreshed and ready to face the day.
