It is almost the end of July 2012 I have focusing on my legs and my stomach to get them toned. I have increased my time on the treadmill , the incline speed and I do have to say I feel great. Exercise is great for the body and the mind. Water intake is great for the body, natural cleanser of all toxins.

7/13/2012 I woke up today at 6:15 put on the gym clothes arrived at the gym at 6:55. I was on the treadmill did 1.56 miles and 181 calories were burned in 35 minutes. The stationary bike was next I did 5.4 miles in 15 minutes. Arm presses were a total of 30. I feel so refreshed and ready to face the day.

July 2012 I tried some new exercises this month leg presses at 40 reps at a time. the elliptical machine for a few minutes. I hope to try the Zumba classes and the Spinning Classes at my gym. I am trying to eat more healthy food and drink my water every day.
