I am still going to the gym to workout.
I still like the treadmill, I have increased my speed on the treadmill since doing that I am happy with the results.
I have rode the stationary bike for thirty minutes at a time burning calories.
My legs are much stronger now and I have more energy now then before.
I have lost 6 pounds and my muscle mass has changed for the better.
I need to workout for two reasons
1. To lower my stress level
2. I sit all day at work and my body gets no proper movement during the day at work.
I am a full time student , work full time but I make sure the exercise is done.
When I make it to the gym I feel much better, and most days I have energy.
I am working on eating more healthy foods and making sure to drink my water.
I want to lost 15 pounds and maintain my weight.
